Hydraulically actuated diaphragm pump | PHL Series

The liquid end has been specifically designed for optimal chemical delivery. Available in metallic or non-metallic materials, the liquid end features a high-quality double ball check valve for repeatability and accuracy, micrometer capacity control for precise dosage adjustment, and a bleed system for safer maintenance and easier commissioning.

PHL pump is a high-performance, hydraulically driven diaphragm pump designed to API 675 standards, ensuring precision and reliability. It offers a steady-state accuracy of ±1%, repeatability of ±3%, and a 10:1 turn-down ratio for precise flow control. Featuring a sliding crank mechanism for positive stroke return, the pump allows accurate flow adjustment via a 10-turn knob and enables stroke adjustment while running or stopped. Built with robust cast iron construction, it includes oil bath lubrication for durability and high-precision check valves. The liquid end is available in SS-316 (with other materials on request), supports temperatures up to 150°C, and offers threaded or flanged end connections. Capacity adjustment is available through a lockable micrometer (standard) or an optional variable speed drive.
