Large Capacity Hydraulically Actuated Diaphragm Metering Pumps

  • Maximum Flow Rate: up to 7000 L/h
  • Maximum Pressure: up to 65 kg/cm²g
  • API 675 Compliant

The PHL Series hydraulically actuated diaphragm metering pumps are engineered for high flow, low to medium pressure dosing applications where accuracy, durability, and continuous operation are critical.

Designed to handle large dosing volumes with precision, the PHL Series is available in Simplex and Duplex configurations, enabling flow rates up to 7000 L/h. With a robust hydraulically balanced diaphragm system and precision check valves, these pumps deliver stable, repeatable performance even at high capacities and varying process conditions.

The PHL Series is ideally suited for water treatment, chemical processing, effluent handling, and industrial dosing systems that demand reliable, large volume chemical injection with API compliant performance.

Standard Features

  • Hydraulically actuated PTFE faced diaphragm (TFN)
  • Conforms to API 675 Standard
  • Maximum flow rate:
    • Up to 3500 L/h (PHL Simplex @ 5 kg/cm²g)
    • Up to 7000 L/h (PHL Duplex @ 5 kg/cm²g)
  • Maximum pressure:
    • 65 kg/cm²g (metallic liquid end)
    • 10 kg/cm²g (plastic liquid end)
  • Flow rate adjustment from 0 to 100%, while running or stopped
