m-ROY Pump Series

Hydraulically Actuated Diaphragm Metering Pumps

  • Maximum Flow Rate: up to 94 L/h
  • Maximum Pressure: up to 126 kg/cm²g
  • Hydraulically Actuated PTFE Diaphragm
  • API 675 Compliant

The mROY Series hydraulically actuated diaphragm metering pumps are engineered for high pressure, high accuracy chemical dosing applications where reliability and process safety are critical.

Designed with a hydraulically balanced PTFE diaphragm and precision check valves, the mROY Series delivers accurate, repeatable dosing across a wide pressure range. With pressure capability up to 126 kg/cm²g, these pumps are well suited for demanding industrial processes involving corrosive, hazardous, or high-pressure fluids.

Available in multiple configurations — A, B, H, and P models — and with both metallic and plastic liquid ends, the m ROY Series offers flexibility to match application requirements while maintaining strict compliance with API 675 standards.

  • Hydraulically actuated PTFE diaphragm
  • Conforms to API 675
  • Max flow rate:
    • Up to 94 L/h (metallic liquid end, lower pressure range)
  • Max pressure:
    • Up to 126 kg/cm²g (metallic liquid end)
    • Up to 10 kg/cm²g (plastic liquid end)
  • Flow rate adjustment while running: 0–100%
  • SteadyState accuracy: ±1% of rated capacity
  • Repeatability: ±3% of rated capacity
  • Turndown ratio: 10:1
  • High efficiency, hydraulically actuated diaphragm for long service life
  • Precision check valves for reliable sealing
  • Adjustable internal hydraulic relief valve for pump protection
  • Maximum suction pressure: 6 kg/cm²g
  • Maximum liquid temperature:
    • +90 °C (metallic liquid end)
    • +45 °C (plastic liquid end)

Models & Configurations

The m‑ROY Series is available in multiple model variants to suit different capacity and pressure requirements:
