EMAG PRO Series

The EMAG PRO Series electromagnetic metering pumps are engineered for accurate, reliable, and repeatable chemical dosing in demanding industrial and water treatment applications.

Designed with an electronically operated, mechanically actuated diaphragm, the series offers a wide operating range with flow rates up to 90 L/h and pressures up to 18 kg/cm²g. Advanced user controls, real-time operating data, and robust construction ensure consistent dosing performance and long operational life.

Multiple liquid end material options provide excellent chemical compatibility, while optional 4–20 mA automation (9 Series models) enables seamless integration into automated process control systems.

  • Electronically operated, mechanically actuated diaphragm
  • Manual stroke length adjustment while running or stopped
  • Electromagnetic drive design with reduced moving parts
  • Composite PTFE-faced Hypalon diaphragm for extended service life
  • Flow rate adjustment from 0 to 100%
  • Accuracy: ±2% of rated flow from 10% to 100% stroke length
  • Suction lift: Up to 1.5 m water (max.)
  • Handles liquid viscosity up to 50 cPs
  • Push-button control for strokes per minute (SPM) and menu navigation
  • Manual knob for precise stroke length control
  • LCD user interface for operational feedback
  • Dual SPM control
  • Low-level float switch for tank level detection
  • 4–20 mA input available on automated models
  • Real-time display of operating temperature, SPM, stroke length, and diagnostics
