Dosing Pump - Series D

The Milton Roy Dosing Pump Series D is engineered for high capacity, high-pressure chemical metering, delivering flow rates up to 90 L/h and pressures up to 18 kg/cm²g.

Built with an electromagnetic, mechanically actuated diaphragm, it offers exceptional dosing accuracy, 0–100% adjustability while running, and long diaphragm life.

With multiple liquid end materials—including PP, PVC, PVDF, and SS 316—the Series D handles demanding and corrosive chemicals with ease.

Enhanced 9 Series variants provide advanced automation with 4–20 mA control, digital display, alarms, and protection features, making the Series D ideal for intensive industrial and water treatment applications requiring precision, durability, and seamless integration.

  • Manual/automatic speed control is adjustable while running or stopped.
  • Electronically operated, mechanically actuated diaphragm
  • Manual stroke length is adjustable while running
  • Electro Magnetic Drive: Less moving parts.
  • Composite PTFE-faced Hypalon Diaphragm for longer life
  • Adjustment of flow rate while running or stopped: 0 to 100%
  • Accuracy: ± 2% of rated flow from 10% to 100% stroke
  • Suction lift: Up to 1.5 m water max.
  • Viscosity handled: Up to 50 cps
