Axial Impellers for High-Efficiency Mixing

Optimized for Homogenization, Heat Transfer, and Wastewater Treatment

Milton Roy Mixing’s axial impellers deliver exceptional pumping rates and low power dissipation, making them ideal for applications requiring gentle yet efficient blending.

Designed for floating, top-entry, and side-entry mixers, these impellers handle low to medium viscosity fluids and ensure uniform mixing for processes like homogenization, solid suspension, and heat transfer.

A flow is described as axial when the liquid discharge has a predominantly axial direction.

Generally, the impeller blows the liquid towards the bottom of the tank, where it then rises along the tank wall, creating a continuous circulation loop.

Axial-flow impellers are characterized by a blade angle that is slightly inclined relative to the horizontal plane, promoting efficient top-to-bottom mixing.

  • 10 SG SABRE: High pumping efficiency for large tanks
  • HPM Series (5, 10, 20): Versatile for mining, fertilizer, crystallization, solid resuspension
  • PBT: Axial and radial flow for reactive dispersion
  • HXP HP1 & HP2: High-speed designs for flash mixing, homogenization and vigorous agitation
