Primeroyal metering pumps are designed to deliver precise, repeatable chemical dosing under the most demanding industrial conditions, where process integrity and uptime are critical. Built on decades of field-proven experience, the series combines robust mechanical architecture, advanced drive technology, and modular configurability to ensure long-term operational stability.

The platform is specifically engineered to support continuous duty cycles with extended intervals between maintenance, enabling operators to maintain stable process conditions while minimizing lifecycle costs.

Explore the Full Pump Range

Browse the range below to identify the configuration that matches your application, whether your priority is high-pressure dosing, chemical compatibility, flow stability, or operational reliability in demanding industrial environments.

A Robust Mechanical Foundation for Critical Applications

At the core of the PRIMEROYAL design is a heavy-duty gear mechanism coupled with a variable eccentric drive, forming a mechanically deterministic system capable of transmitting motion with high precision and minimal losses.

Unlike conventional dosing systems that rely on spring-assisted return mechanisms or partial stroke engagement, the PRIMEROYAL drive ensures that the full stroke cycle is actively powered. This design eliminates the discontinuities typically associated with lost-motion architectures and significantly reduces both mechanical and hydraulic shock throughout operation.

The result is a highly stable metering profile with excellent repeatability under steady-state conditions, making the technology particularly suited to applications where dosing consistency directly impacts process performance.

Process Stability Through Precision Flow Control

Primeroyal pumps integrate variable stroke adjustment via eccentric geometry, allowing accurate modulation of flow rate without compromising metering stability. This approach provides a direct and predictable relationship between mechanical input and volumetric output, ensuring consistent dosing even under fluctuating operating conditions.

The absence of uncontrolled motion within the transmission chain enhances control resolution and operational predictability, while maintaining compliance with industry standards for accuracy and repeatability in metering applications

Modular Architecture for Process Adaptability

The Primeroyal platform is inherently modular, enabling precise alignment between pump configuration and process requirements. Rather than imposing a fixed design, the system supports multiple liquid-end technologies, materials, and control strategies, allowing it to be engineered as part of a fully integrated dosing solution.

This modularity extends to multiplex configurations, where pumps can be combined to achieve higher flow rates or redundancy, as well as to capacity control options that can be implemented either manually or through automated systems. The ability to adjust flow while the pump is running further reinforces its suitability for dynamic industrial environments.

Designed to Withstand Harsh Operating Conditions

Pimeroyal pumps are engineered for deployment in environments characterized by high pressure, aggressive chemicals, and extreme temperatures. The design complies with API 675 standards and has been validated through extensive field use, including offshore installations and low-temperature applications.

Diaphragm liquid-end configurations are designed to provide leakproof operation with service life exceeding 20,000 hours, contributing to both process safety and reduced maintenance frequency. The system is capable of handling a broad spectrum of fluids, from corrosive acids and bases to viscous media and slurries, without compromising reliability.
