What Makes the GSD Technology Different?
Triple Hydraulic Security
The patented GSD (Global Security Device) design provides three levels of hydraulic protection. In addition to the internal pressure relief valve, the diaphragm controls hydraulic refill and is protected against overrun and extrusion. This design helps improve reliability while protecting critical dosing applications.
Installation Monitoring Indicator (IMI)
The integrated IMI system provides visual indication of abnormal operating conditions such as overpressure, cavitation or inadequate pulsation dampening. This helps operators identify potential issues before they impact dosing performance.
One Oil System
Unlike designs that separate lubrication and hydraulic systems, the GSD platform uses a single oil design for both functions, eliminating the risk of oil cross-contamination while simplifying operation and maintenance.
