DosaSkid systems are ideal for preparing, storing and injecting chemicals in a wide range of industries and applications.
Boiler water treatment – Injection of lime wash, corrosion inhibitors, biocides, antifoam, scale inhibitor and many more for the treatment of make up, boiler feed and wastewaters.
Industrial water treatment – Injection of ferric chloride, aluminum sulphate, WAC during the coagulation and flocculation and acids and alkalis during the pH regulation.
Desalination – Cleaning and maintenance of reverse osmosis membranes through the injection of hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, anti-scaling agents and anti-fouling agents.
Surface treatment – Metering of chemicals at process steps including: pickling (injection of acids like hydrochloric, sulphuric, nitric), neutralization (injection of acids or alkalis), waste treatment (injection of sodium bisulphate, bleach, sodium hydroxide).
