Available Liquid-End Configurations
To support a wide range of chemicals and process conditions, the MAXROY Series is available with several application-specific liquid-end configurations. Standard versions are offered in PVC and 316L stainless steel, while specialized designs are available for difficult fluids and demanding operating environments.
The 316L stainless steel configuration is designed for applications requiring durability, pressure resistance, and broad chemical compatibility, making it suitable for many industrial dosing processes. The PVC configuration provides a corrosion-resistant non-metallic alternative commonly used in water treatment and chemical handling applications.
For aggressive chemicals, MAXROY can be configured for concentrated sulfuric acid service, using a 316L stainless steel liquid end with 904L seats and Hastelloy C balls to enhance chemical resistance and operational reliability.
When handling viscous liquids, specialized valve and spring configurations are available to improve dosing performance and maintain consistent flow. For slurry applications, hardened 440C seats and balls help withstand abrasive particles and demanding process conditions.
The series also offers dedicated polyelectrolyte configurations, combining PVC liquid ends with stainless steel seats and balls to support polymer dosing and water treatment processes. Additional material combinations may be available for specialized applications upon request.
