G Series/MACROY G Metering Pumps

The G Series/MACROY G® metering pump is a mechanically actuated diaphragm pump designed for reliable chemical dosing in water treatment, industrial, and agricultural applications. It handles pressures up to 175 psi and flow rates up to 310 GPH, making it ideal for pH control, coagulation, and desalination. With a simple, compact design, corrosion-resistant housing, and high-efficiency motor, it ensures durability and performance. The pump offers flexible stroke adjustment, multiple frame sizes, and various liquid end options. NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 certified, it meets municipal compliance and safety standards.

Material (liquid end): PVDF / PVC / PP / 316SS / Acrylic

Pressure max: 150 psi / 10 bar (both metallic and plastic liquid end)

Flow max: 300 gph / 1,136 lph (both metallic and plastic liquid end)

Flow variation control: Manual / Remote

Certifications: API 675, ETL, NSF

High Flow Performance

Delivers flow rates up to 312 GPH (1180 L/hr), ensuring efficient liquid transfer for demanding applications.

Advanced Diaphragm Design

Mechanically actuated PTFE diaphragm eliminates flow restrictions and reduces stress, extending service life.

Rugged Industrial Construction

Durable metallic housing and epoxy coating provide reliable operation in harsh environments.

Precision & Efficiency Drive System

Worm gear drive with variable eccentric stroke adjustment offers smooth operation, low pulsation, and a 10:1 turndown ratio.

Reliable Low-Flow Accuracy

High-performance check valves and precision stroke control ensure ±1% steady-state accuracy across operating range.

Long-Life, Low-Maintenance Operation

Oil-bath lubricated bronze gears and low-friction components minimize wear while supporting continuous performance.
