Beyond Biomethane

Our solutions reach well beyond biomethane grid injection to address a fast-growing need — turning organic waste into energy at farm and plant level. Through anaerobic digestion, farmers and operators convert organic matter and sewage sludge into biogas in an oxygen-free environment, which can then be upgraded to pipeline-quality biomethane for grid injection, burned in cogeneration to produce electricity and heat on-site, or converted into bio-CNG and bio-LNG for natural gas vehicles and Methane Power tractors — cutting greenhouse gas emissions, displacing fossil natural gas, and adding a renewable energy source, especially at biogas plants and wastewater treatment facilities. And while we lead in renewable-gas odorization, our expertise spans the full duty range: high-pressure systems for gas transporters, very high flow rates (hundreds of thousands of m³/h) with redundant architectures for maximum reliability, modular turnkey packages that scale the number and type of odorization units, multi-odorant storage integration (THT, ethyl mercaptan, TBM, DMS and blends) with matched instrumentation, and durability-driven materials — carbon or 304/316 stainless steel with C5-M coatings for aggressive environments — ensuring accurate, compliant performance that holds up in the most demanding conditions.
