A Milton Roy’s exclusive diaphragm liquid end design, the GSD Technology ensures the safety and smooth operation of your dosing process:
- Triple hydraulic security, featuring an internal pressure safety valve, a diaphragm controlling the hydraulic refill, and the diaphragm itself is protected by a valve blocking the overrunning and the extrusion for maximum reliability.
- The Installation Monitoring Indicator (IMI) system provides real-time visual alerts for overpressure, cavitation, and pulsation dampening issues, preventing dosing inaccuracies and disturbances.
- One unique oil design for mechanical lubrication and hydraulic chamber: no risk of oil cross contamination while reducing drastically the pump footprint.
- A design without contour plates combined with the PTFE excellent chemical resistance makes the PKG ideal for injecting a huge variety of types of liquids, including clear, sensitive, slurry-laden, corrosive, toxic, abrasive, highly viscous liquids and many more.
