The GSD design ensures triple hydraulic security, featuring an internal pressure safety valve, a diaphragm controlling the hydraulic refill, and the diaphragm itself is protected by a valve blocking the overrunning and the extrusion for maximum reliability.
The Installation Monitoring Indicator (IMI) system provides real-time visual alerts for overpressure, cavitation, and pulsation dampening issues, preventing dosing inaccuracies and disturbances. Additionally, the unique oil design integrates mechanical lubrication and the hydraulic chamber, eliminating the risk of oil cross-contamination for superior performance and longevity, while reducing drastically the pump footprint.
The contour plate-free technology enables the PLG pump to handle all fluid types, including clear, corrosive, toxic, volatile, abrasive, flammable, and highly viscous liquids or slurries.
