Flexible Flow Control and Performance

Flow rate is fully adjustable from 0–100%, whether the pump is running or stopped, The pump delivers accurate and consistent dosing with ±1% accuracy.

Wide Temperature Capability

The pump handles fluid temperatures up to 90°C with metallic liquid ends and 50°C with plastic liquid ends. Ambient operating ranges are -10°C to +50°C for 316L SS and PVDF models and 0°C to +40°C for PVC models.

Long-Lasting and Reliable Design

Available with single or double diaphragms, the pump is designed for extended service life, with diaphragms rated for more than 20,000 operating hours, minimizing maintenance and downtime.

Built-In Safety Features

A factory-set internal safety valve provides reliable overpressure protection, while optional relief valve settings offer additional flexibility. The pump also supports up to 1 m suction lift and 2 bar suction pressure for dependable operation.

Compliance and Hazardous Area Certification

Pump is designed in accordance with API 675 standards and ATEX II 2 G Ex h IIC T4 Gb X certified for hazardous environments.

Ideal for Critical Dosing Applications

This pump is ideal for chemical injection, water treatment, oil & gas, petrochemical, and other industrial dosing applications.
