Dosing Pump for Consistent Chemical Delivery | MAXROY D

The MAXROY D is a rugged, industrial grade of dosing pumps designed for the toughest chemical processing applications. Its cast iron housing with chemical resistant coating enables the pump to be used in the harshest environments while the absence of contour plates enables all types of fluids to be dosed: slurry, viscous, clear, corrosive, toxic, volatile, abrasive, inflammable, etc.

Technical characteristics

Flow rate up to 64 l/h. Pressure up to 28 bar. Maximum temperature for metallic liquid end is +90, and for plastic liquid end is +50.

Engineered for reliability, this metering pump operates in ambient temperatures from -10°C to +50°C (316L S.S. and PVDF) and 0°C to +40°C (PVC). It offers adjustable flow from 0–100% during operation, ensuring ±1% accuracy and long diaphragm life exceeding 20,000 hours.

Achieve precise dosing with adjustable flow control from 0 to 100% whether running or stopped. Designed with an internal safety valve, optional relief settings, and suction lift up to 1 meter, it ensures dependable performance across demanding environments.

Durable Diaphragm Pump with Advanced Safety Features

Built for durability, this pump features single or double diaphragm options with a lifespan exceeding 20,000 hours. It includes a factory-set internal safety valve and supports suction pressures up to 2 bar, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

API 675 Compliant Pump with Multiplexing Capability

Designed to meet API 675 standards, this high-performance pump supports multiplexing and handles diverse fluid conditions. Its precision accuracy (±1%) and customizable configurations make it ideal for complex industrial dosing systems.

Explosion-Proof ATEX-Certified Metering Pump

For hazardous environments, this explosion-proof pump complies with ATEX II 2 G Ex h IIC T4 Gb X standards. It combines robust construction, precise flow adjustment, and versatile diaphragm options for safe, regulated operation.
